Student Flu Clinic

The Health Hero Flu Vaccine Clinic will be offered to all students in the Sylacauga City School System on Thursday, October 8, 2026. The HNH Immunizations, Inc. flu clinic allows students with or without insurance to get their flu vaccine at school with no out of pocket cost to the parent. If you would like for your child to receive a flu vaccine injection at school,  please complete the attached form and return it to the school before October 5, 2026. 

This flu vaccine is injection only.

*Students with PEEHIP Insurance cannot participate in this flu clinic.
